cAN I PACK SNACKS FOR MY CHILD TO BRING OT THE SESSION?
We provide snacks for the children to enjoy. There are 2 different types of fruit, crackers and a plain biscuit. If your child has allergies then please feel free to bring your own snacks. We do prefer the children enjoy the same snacks as their peers to ensure fairness, but accept if dietary or age requirements require some variation.
are there scheduled nap times and snack times in the session?
We don't have nap time but snack times are 10:30am for morning sessions and 3:30pm for afternoon sessions.
What are the parking arrangements on campus?
There are a limited number of car parking spaces available for City Kids parents to use at the front of the building.
do parents need to accompany their child?
Your child needs an accompanying adult, whether it is a parent, helper or other guardian.
WHAT ARE THE AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR PLAYGROUP?
10 months to 3 years old.
what's the difference between the morning and the afternoon sessions?
The schedule is the same regardless of the time or your session.
how does the playgroup handle health and hygiene?
Upon entering, adults and children must use the sanitiser situated by the school gate.
Temperatures of both the children and accompanying adults are taken and recorded. Washing hands throughout the session is highly encouraged.
Sanitiser is available throughout sessions.
Individual face cloths are given at snack time to clean hands and faces.
Toys that have been in a child's mouth are to be put in the clearly labelled baskets around the room and will be disinfected after class.
All toys are cleaned after class and deep cleaned weekly.
Any adult attending class with a sore throat/ cough will be asked to wear a mask throughout the session.
Childhood illnesses such as hand, foot and mouth are to be reported to school so we can inform our families via email and offer information of signs and symptoms to look out for.
